Short description: GRANULE-Eco TiO2 is a composite material of PLA and titanium dioxide nanoparticles with a large specific surface area and high content of anatase phase. Granules with 15 vol.% TiO 2 have a kinetics constant of 6.57 10 -2 h -1 (3ppm NM pH2) under visible light.

Granule & Printing: Granule diameter & flow match the printing conditions of commercial reservoir heads – Printing Temperature 160 -190ºC

*Tested on validated printers with a direct drive extruder and a top mount.

Description

Advantages: The colloidal approach used to prepare the feedstock allows higher homogeneity in the dispersion of TiO2 nanoparticles into the polymer matrix. The product is suitable for many catalytic and photocatalytic applications. Its structure also makes it suitable for use as an effective filter.
