Short description: GEco Carbon Fiber is an easily printable feedstock with a high content of recycled carbon fibers. Samples printed with this filament show better mechanical resistance.

Granules & Printing: Granule size & flow match the printing conditions of hot-ends with pellets’ reservoir- Printing Temperature 155 -185 ºC

 

*Tested on validated printers with a direct drive extruder and a top mount.

 

Particles: Recycled short carbon fibers; Length < 500 μm ; Diameter < 10 μm – Inorganic Content: 15 vol.%.

Description

Advantages: GRANULE-Eco Carbon Fiber are an easily printable feedstock with a high content of recycled carbon fibers inside. The carbon fibers provide the printed pieces with superior mechanical properties, specially under compression.

Applications: GRANULE-Eco Carbon Fiber are specifically formulated to manufacture parts by 3D printing with better mechanical properties.

-Protect from direct sunlight
-Storage between 5ºC and 30ºC

Printing Speed: 30-40 mm/s
Layer Height: ≥ 0.2 mm
Nozzle Diameter: ≥ 0.4 mm
