Short description: FILAMENT-Eco Graphene is a composite material of conductive graphene particles dispersed in a PLA matrix. Conductivity can be tailored by the inorganic content. Filaments with contents of graphene of 10 vol% leads to electrical conductivity of printed pieces of 600 S/m while pieces made of granules with 15 vol.% have a conductivity of 1100 S/m. Higher solid contents are also available under request but printability is very limited.

Filament & Printing: Filament Diameter 1.75 mm (±0.15 mm) – Printing Temperature 170 -180ºC

Particle: Graphene Mean Diameter 503 nm – Inorganic Content up to 15 vol.%.

Advantages: The colloidal approach used to prepare the feedstock allows to obtain a high dispersion degree of graphene particles into the polymer matrix.

Applications: This filament is ideal for applications where a reinforced material is needed. In addition, the graphene used has properties that are distinctive, so it can be used as an electrode substrate.
