Short description: FILAMENT-Cer WC-Ni is an easily printable filament with a high content of a sinterable mixture of Tungsten Carbide and Nickel nanoparticles. After printing your desired shape, the sintering process provides you a 100% hardmetal piece or scaffold.

Filament & Printing: Filament Diameter 1.75 mm (±0.15 mm) – Printing Temperature 160 -170ºC

Particles: WC (d50=4.9µm)  and Ni (d50=300 nm) – Inorganic Content: 45 vol.%.

Description

Advantages: FILAMENT-Cer WC-Ni can be sintered in conventional vacuum furnaces. Furthermore, it remains easily printable by FFF, without clogging problems.

Applications: FILAMENT-Cer WC-Ni is specifically formulated to manufacture hard-metal parts through 3D printing, allowing easy manufacturing of dense pieces and scaffolds with custom shapes. Sintering of the printed composite in conventional vacuum furnaces yields to  100% hardmetal parts.
