Product features

FILAMENT-Cer is an easily printable filament containing a high load of ceramic particles. The pieces resulting from printing with FILAMENT-Cer can be sintered to achieve a 100% ceramic piece.

 

After printing your desired piece, the sintering yields a 100% ceramic dense part or scaffold. FILAMENT-Cer prints can be debinded and sintered through a simple, one step process in a vacuum furnace.

Characteristics

  • Compositions: up to 50 vol.% of inorganic charge (Al3O2, ZrO2, Wc-Ni, etc.)
  • Diameter: 1.75 mm (±0.05 mm)
  • Quantity: from 5 g to higher batches
  • Print Temperature: 150-170°C

Instructions for use

  1. We recommend that you heat up the filament as the instructions indicate to facilitate your priting experience.
  2. Insert the filament into the 3D printer.
  3. Heat the printer up to the reference temperature and drive motor to start the filament flow.
  4. Once the printing is finished, keep the filament in a dry place and inside the bag. Try to keep it away from UV light.

  • Store between 5°C – 30°C
