FEco Graphene filament outstands for electrochemical detection of Serotonin (5-HT)

A research work by researchers of the School of Applied Sciences and the Centre for Stress and Age-Related Diseases at the University of Brighton (UK) has tested some different carbon allotrope thermoplastic composites as electrodes for electrochemical sensing. The COLFEED4Print FEco Graphene filaments shown to provide the best sensitivity and lowest detection limits for the detection of serotonin (5-HT) when compared with all other carbon allotrope thermoplastic materials investigated.

The work has been published in the Journal ACS Applied Polymer Materials. You can check the on-line version in open access in this link (https://doi.org/10.1021/acsapm.3c00349)
