3D printable materials to combat water pollution

COLFEED4Print has a vocation for green business. We arise by applying sustainability policies in production, parameterizing the FILAMENT-Oss product manufacturing line, from raw material to packaging, in line with Industry 4.0. COLFEED4Print explores opportunities for carbonless, differentiated digital manufacturing technology in technology markets.

COLFEED4Print offers a sustainable solution to the production of yarn for 3D printing, since it proposes a chemical manufacturing route that does not require high energy consumption equipment. The optimized production process reduces the generation of waste to a minimum (quasi-zero), encouraging the reuse of intermediate raw materials in the process (such as solvents), and revaluing the use of the technology that COLFEED4Print develops in the production of filaments with high added value, by reducing the amount of raw material required in products that depend on strategic markets (noble metals, rare earths, graphene, nanoparticles, etc.).

Encouraging the use of recycled raw materials, the subject of several financing proposals presented in recent months by the company, is also a strategy that entails the development of a net zero-emission and zero-waste technology, which can promote rapid change to a circular economy, socially regenerative.
